Could Spondylosis Be Cause For Having Sposmodic Torticollas?

I have sposmodic torticollas and spondylosis, my st is mild, however its worse when i lay down at night. my question is could my spondylosis be the cause of my st , also i have noticed that my adams apple moves from side to side is this normal ??
