Could Spotting After A Day Of Menstruation Be Due To Ranitidine?

I am a 26 year old female. I weigh 175 lbs and I had a history of iron deficient aneamia. I also had a C section w/ my son who was birn 6 years ago. I was diagnosed with a small intestine ulcer and was prescribed ranitidine. I recently stop taking it, but while I was taking it I noticed that afew days after my periods would end, I would spot brown blood for a day or two. Is this a normal side effect from taking this medication?
