Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. As per your description, you have experienced two consequent abnormal periods with unprotected sexual intercourse all along. Also, you had the intercourse during your fertile days. This increases the possibility of conception. The alteration in the color of the bleeding is due to expulsion of stagnated discharge with change in content and hence the color. In the current scenario, you should see a specialist for a complete evaluation, get a pregnancy test and a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route. Hope this helps.
