Could Spotting Followed By Positive Result In Pregnancy Test Indicate Miscarriage?
I had what I thought was my period this month - but starting spotting a week later for two days. took a pregnancy test and it was positive. have been getting my hcg levels tested every 48 hours....28/39/46 and on the last one my progesterone was 3. is it a good chance that this is a miscarriage - if yes, when will it happen?

Hello mamk, welcome to HCM. Pregnancy test is positive. Hcg level also increased. Spotting indicates, it is threatened abortion. kindly get one scan to view the gestational sac which indicates whether the pregnancy has continued or not. Take care
