Hello there,
I understand your concern. The only way to tell if you are pregnant or not is by doing the urine pregnancy kit after 1-2 days of a missed period. From what you have described I do not know if your period is delayed or not. All your symptoms do not tell anything about you being pregnant or not but rather it seems that you have something we medically call polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). The only way to tell for sure about whether this is PCOS is by an examination and ultrasound and some blood tests like, FSH,LH, Prolactin, Thyroid functions, Oral glucose tolerance test, CBC. So if your period is delayed then get a urine pregnancy test and whether it is negative or positive you should see a gynaecologist who can guide you further.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
