Could Spotting,breast Discharge And Dizziness Be Due To Pregnancy?

for the past month or so ive been really tired, and bloated. sometimes when i stand up i get dizzy or light headed, and ive been feeling constipated more and really gassy. a week before i was supposed to get my period i had light pink and brown spotting and then when my period was supposed to come it was a day late and only lasted for a day. since yesterday ive noticed that when i squeeze my nipples, a clear/ milky white liquid leaks out. how likely is it that i could be pregnant?

get a urine pregnancy test done... in case it is negative, go to a gynaecologist and get your breasts evaluated... it could be due to excessive secretion of prolactin also.
