Could Spreading Red Lines From A Hand Wound, Now Reaching The Chest With Nausea, Dizziness, And Burning, Mean The Infection Is Worsening?

Please help urgently my 11 year old daughter got wound on hand that burned.We think it is spider bite but am not sure what spider.We did put ice on and anticeptic ointment.The wound did open and some fluid come out.But on monday there was a red line on monday that spread from hand to arm.It does disapears and go very light we did clean it and put ointment on but it reapears again and spreads futher went to hospital causuality and got antibiotics and pain killers.Doctor said it is infection and that it will take 48 hours tonight at 7 was 48 hours we dont have medical aid cant go to casualitys agian dont have that amount of money.Cant get doctors apointment they are full today the line spreaded to heart in middle of chest it gets very darks but also go thiner and lighter and then darker and wider.Other symtoms nasousiness,dizzy, sudenly slight cough,burning on chest and arm where line is.
