Could Stomach Burning, Bloating, Mild Fever, Fatigue, And Worsening Symptoms Over A Week Be Serious?

Hi my mom keeps having burning in her stomach and bloating. She has had a fever as well around 100 F. She feels fatigue too since she can't really sleep. As she progresses through the day, she gets worse and worse. She has been like this for a week. She does have heartburn, not sure if that has a role. Help?
