Could Stomach Upset Be A Side Effect Of Metpurexl25?

Sir, i am taking metpurexl25 for almost 5 years. recently i am feeling stomache disorder (sometimes constipation, bloating, gas abdominal painparticularly at night while sleeping. Endoscopy was done recently and it shown everything normal. IS this the side effect of the pill i am taking?
