Could Stopping Duphaston Result In Pregnancy?

I have taken Duphaston tablet as per my Gynic's advise for 5 days and it's already 8 days after stopping the duphaston. But still I am getting Urine pregnancy test as negative. In my life, this is the first time that I missed my period. Am I pregnant? How to confirm it? I am getting so much back-pain also.

Hi welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question.
Duphastone / dydrogesterone is prescribed for luteal phase or to make endometrium/ uterine wall favourable for implantation. As you already tested for pregnancy then i would advise to repeat test after 7/8 days if bleeding not come.
If still negative then do ultrasound scan and consult your gynecologist.
