Could Strange Sensation In Penis Be Related To Premature Ejaculation?

hi doctor.from last 4 days i am feeling some kind of sensation in left part of my glas penis.if i ask my gf to strip in front of me i get over exicetd nd all of a sudden i ejaculate even though i dnt touch my penis.it has happened 3 times.please advice me

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The condition that you are suffering is called premature ejaculation. Now its a type of anxiety disorder and the person normally suffers from performance anxiety where in he is anxious if he can perform or not.
Mostly this will settle on its own with time. But if you are in urgency paroxetine 12.5 mg every night can improve this problem.
