Could Stringy Brown Bits A Week Before Periods Be An Implantation Bleeding?

Hi i have polycystic Overy syndrome and my periods have been regular majority of this year, they have been light and last about 5 to 7 days but today I have noticed stringy brown bits a week before my period is due and me and my husband are trying to conceive could it be implantation bleeding?

It is possible that it is implantation bleeding. This is normally lighter and for a shorter duration then a normal period.

You can consider a pregnancy test in a few days. These tests should be done 11 to 14 days after conception, at this time they can pick up the HCG hormone.
