Could Strobe Lights Cause Vomiting Sensation?

I went to a concert last night and about an hour in I started feeling sick. I felt like I was going to vomit most of the night. When I got home I did vomit several times and then felt better. There were strobe lights at this concert. Could they cause me to vomit.

Yes..
Many times the instigating factors can be like strobe lights.
They instigate the visual reflexes so that the there is a reflex nausea and voting.

All You have to do is to avoid such things for life-long.
