Could Subchorionic Bleeding Causing Clots Lead To A Miscarriage?

I am 8 weeks pregnant at 6 week had red spotting and was diagnosed a subchrronoid bleed and that it should go away or have a miscarriage, after that I didnt bleed for a week. Then started again a few days ago with what looks like clots small, no cramps, plus ultrasound yesterday,said,baby was fine, but they saw a circular mass with no vascularity n I heard something about a polyp, will this harm my baby? Cause me this extra bleeding now, or miscarriage ? Im scared
