Could Sudden Fatigue Be Due To Extreme Exhaustion?

I have spent the past 7 days with my wife and 12 year old daughter in Disneyland and at the beach. My daughter is very healthy, fit, and plays rigorously on an elite basketball team. We walked four miles a day just to get to disneyland at 6:30 each day. We then walked around the park for about 14 hours, then turned around and did it for five days in a row. On the return trip we were eating breakfast at the hotel ans she stood up, placed her face in her plate and either passed out for less than a minute or had a seizure. I think it was extreme exhaustion. This was 3 days ago, and she has not shown any signs of anything being wrong. Should we take her to a doctor, or continue to closely monitor her?

Thanks for writing . I understand ur concern.
Yes it can be due to severe dehydration as low sodium content in body can cause extreme fatigue along with seizure like episode.
But I can be a sporadic episode of seizure also.
As u didn't detailed type of syncopal episode so its difficult to differentiate between seizure and syncope.
I recommend you to closely monitor and if another episode occurs than plz take her to ER to get evaluated.
