Could Sudden Numbness And Swelling Above My Lip After Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar Be Serious?

Hello, I just suddenly experienced an increased swelling of my Orbicularis oris above my lip. That area feels numb and weird. Never had this happen before but just before the incident I drank a small amount of ACV in water. Never had that reaction before. Should I be concerned or will it resolve on its own?
