Could Sudden Pain In Chest, Blurry Vision, Nausea And Lower Back Pain Indicate Heart Attack?

Hi. My mom is 55 years. She suddenly suffered chest pain. Blurry vision. Nausea feeling,thirsty . Low back pain. We gave her hot water. The chest pain relieved after few minutes. And she felt asleep. I m scared whether it would return later. Plz tell me what it is? a heart attack or high - low bp. what am I supposed to do next? in case chest pain return. What are the remedies. Precautions. Plz help

I appreciate your concern for your mother. Considering your mother's age and the symptoms you mentioned it is definitely pointing towards involvement of heart.
You should immediately visit the physician and get blood pressure, ECG, lipid profile, blood sugar done. If required angiography or 2D Echo can also be done.
You have not mentioned that whether your mother is patient of hypertension or any other long illness. So it is difficult to suggest any immediate remedies.
Avoid stressful environment in house, do not let her to do more work or exertion, make her happy and calm, visit physician.
