Could Swallowing A Fake Nail Be Causing My Severe Stomachache, Vomiting, Sweating, Weakness, And Dehydration?

Hi so I’m freaking out. I swallowed a fake nail that my friends found on a table at the bar on Saturday (I know this is disgusting). But now four days later I’m so sick. Stomach ache, throwing up, super sweaty, can’t keep anything down, feel super weak and dehydrated. Am I gonna die?? I thought it would be fine and I wouldn’t have to worry about it because it’s been almost five days! HELP. Do I just have food poisoning and this is just super ironic timing?
