Could Sweating, Stomach Discomfort, And Chest Burning After Eating An Apple Washed With Detergent And Fabric Softener Be Dangerous Or Toxic?

Hello doctor !! I ate apple which was washed in comfort and detergent soap water !! I asked my daughter to clean the apple and take it for me as I undergone abdominal surgery 3months before ..bymistakenly I ate that apple which was washed in surf and comfort fabric water !! Is that dangerous ?? After 3 hours I feel like sweating stomach chest burning sensation.is that for that washed apple ..please help me ..getting panic..is get poisonous
