Could Swelling And Pain Below My Clogged Sweat Gland Be Due To Squeezing Or An Infection?

Hello I have a very important question please. I have a clogged sweat gland underneath my right arm. After 3 days of having severe pain in that arm it has now busted loose. I have slowly guided my fingers to ease the puss out and the swelling has gone down a little. I keep cleaning it often, always with clean rags, and have been keeping a bandage over it in between sessions of draining the puss out of it. The muscle right below the clogged pore is swallon some which I m not for sure if it s due to the squeezing (not hard squeezeing tho) or if maybe some infection is spreading or what...? I m scared that it may get into my bloodstream and make me septic (not saying I think that s what s happening bc idk). Please any advice will be so much appreciated. I don t have insurance and im scared to go to the hospital bc I don t have any money and I can t afford huge bills. I m already behind on so many other things I can t keep going in debt like this.
