Could Swelling In Gums Be Caused By Utovalan?

Hi, ive been prescribed utovalan for 5 days, but on the second day of taking the medicine my gums started swelling, first on the left and then on the right side. It slightly hurts as well. I am not sure if it is the side effects of the medicine or something else.
