Could Swollen Foot Be Related To Campylobacter?

my right foot keeps swelling, particulary my toes, i did het campylobacter whilist in India in Nov> the swelling started 28th Dec I have seen 2 different doctors who said it was tendornitis, however my toes are still swollen. if I elevate and ice it does go down, but is their a link to campylobacter
