Could Swollen Head And Nose Bridge Be Related To Sinus?

Hi. My son s head has been itching for days now. Yesterday He woke up with his head, nose bridge aswell as his 4head extremly swollen. I took him to the doctor and they gave him allergy medication and paracetamol only, It has gone down but his bridge is still swollen and the back of his head. He has sinuses could It have something to do with that?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that it is an allergic reaction to an agent that may have come into contact with the skin in this area.
Infection (eg lice, scabies) should also be ruled out.

He would need to continue the anti histamines so that the itching can continue to improve.

I hope this helps
