Could Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind Ears Followed By Red Spots On Body Indicate HIV?

hello, about two months ago i had swollen limph nodes behind both ears, they were very small and in two weeks it was gone, about one and a half week ago i got a flu, it was not a big deal, within 5 days it was gone, and now i found that i have some small red spots in my body, is just a few, like 4 in my chest, 4 in my back and like 3 in my leg. can you tell me if those symptoms happening not in so close time can be advanced aids , or a sign that the hiv is turning into aids evem wtih this time space between them? thank you

Hello and thanks for writing.

I can understand your concern and will do my bestto help you. Your symptoms may due to various other reasons besides HIV like Infectious Mononucleosis, Pharyngitis, Viral Exanthem or any other chronic infections. I would suggest to get tpurself worked up which may include complete blood count, physical examination of the rashes, blood serology for viral conditions and other tests as indicated. You should consult a doctor so that the cause of your problems could be found out and proper management be initiated.
