Could Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Groin Be Due To Yeast Infection?

I am a 32 year old female with an on going intestinal yeast overgrowth issue. I currently do not have health insurance, and when I did about a year ago, all the doctor would do was prescribe difflucan, and anti-fungal creams over and over. This has caused cracking and itchiness around my bum. I do not have female yeast issues, only bottom issues. I used to drink alot of alcohol, and figured this might be causing the yeast imbalance and have since stopped drinking and stared using olive leaf as an herbal alternative anti-fungal and overall immune booster. I just noticed yesterday, the day before my cycle starts that I have swollen lymp nodes in my groin, could this be from the yeast problem that I am currently fighting?
