Could Swollen Neck With Hard Lumps After Being Bit Be Damaged Tissue?

My boyfriend bites my neck when we're intimate, HARD, and that's ok because I like it. However, this last time, the next days my neck was evenly swollen in that area, which I expected, but now it has turned into these hard lumps under the skin.
