Could Swollen, Painful Spot On Tongue With Puss Like Splotches On Back Of Throat Be STD In Mouth?

I recently got a swolen spot on my tongue and it was painful felt like a real bad burn after eating hot food but now I notice the back of my throat has splotches of what looks like puss wat can this be and can u get an std in ur mouth if so wat are symtoms

Hello

It looks like you are having aphthous ulcers and these will heal by themselves. Yes, it is possible to get std in your mouth , but that will happen only if you have been exposed to a person with the infection , without testing and examining you it is difficult to tell whether you are having an std or not. please meet your doctor for further examination and advice.
