Could Swollen, Red, Warm Bumps Due To Sunburn Indicate Dermatitis?

Sunday I was out in the sun. I had a sunburn. Starting yesterday I starting seeing red bumps. I took a Benadryl and night. I took a Zyrtec this morning. Applied Cortisone 10 last night and this am. Then today started swelling. Today it is more red, swollen and very warm to touch. Is this dermatitis?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes this could be dermatitis and it may not be responding to steroid that is being given but it may need some different steroid in little higher dose and it may needs antihistamine too, some time it may need antibiotic also, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
