Could Symptoms Like Areola Enlargement, Headaches, &bloating Be Caused Due To Pregnancy?

I have slight areola enlargement, &montgomery tubercles on my areolas, back pains occasional cramps off and on, frequent headaches, &bloating. About a day ago I had brown discharge, today I had vaginal intercourse and a thick odorless cottage cheese like discharge come out, no itching burning swelling or irritation. I am also severely lactose intolerant and for the passed week It has not been bothering me and I've been eating ice cream sour cream and cheese ! I have been having unprotected intercourse with my fiancé for about a year and a half now we are trying to conceive. Could a possibly be pregnant?
