Could Taking Ciplar LA Be Safe For Tremors In Right Hand?

Dear Sir, i have tremors on my right hand. It is felt more while writing or picking up glass or utensils etc. i have been prescribed by a Neurophysician Betacap 40 TR twice daily. Later a Psychiatrist prescribed me Ciplar LA 40 once daily while i was under rehab due to alcohol abuse. But so far my tremors are concerned, i found Betacap 40 TR twice is more effective than Ciplar LA 40 daily. Please advise me can i take Ciplar LA 40 twice daily. i also have nightmares, vivid dreams etc. and also feel tiredness more while taking Ciplar LA 40 in the night. is there any dfference between Betacap TR or Ciplar LA.?
