Could Taking Citalopram Cause Cramps In Stomach?

I am 26 and last night I started having a cramping feeling in my chest and it feels like my heart is beating 3 times too fast and it is hard to catch my breath. For the last week or so i have been having stomach cramps above my belly button and they are at time unbearable. about 4 weeks ago i started taking 20mg of Citalopram could this be causing it?
