Could Taking Cremafin For 4 Months For Gastritis Be Causing My Weight Loss?

Hi, I m 40 years old. I m having fullness on tummy and loose motion , due to gastrities. Doctor prescribed last time cremafin plus with omoprozole. This time when i get desease I took these medications again . I m having cremafin since 4 months now.. I m experiencing drastic weight loss.. do I have to stop taking cremafin
