Could Taking Depo Provera Result In Irregular Bowel Movement And Frequent Urination?

I havent been able to poop in like a week, i have to force it out. And even then nothing might come out. I also feel like i have to pee all of the time & when I go, only a little will come out. I dont have a uti and im not pregnant but i am on depo provara (birth control shot). How do I fix this?

Depo-Provera doesn’t cause altered bowel movements and frequent urination. It might be due to some other causes and has to be evaluated. As of now you can probiotics, like Vizylac for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
