Could Taking Progesterone Cause Delay In Periods?

Hello, Im a 26 yr old married female w/ 3 children , the first day of my LMP was 12/22/2010, I was due to have my cycle on 1/19,2011, even with a longer cycle 1/22/2011, but still no show no period and its 1/30 and Ive taken all negative pregnancy tests scince 9DPO right up till this morning,still NEG- today I had a light pink wipe of blood on the tissue with my FMU no pad needed it lasted 1 minute, I do not think Im pregnant, However Im taking a fertility suppliment with progesterone in it , could that have anything to do with the problem, I only started taking them on the 1/19 the frst day of my expected cycle, Ive had blood work ups numerous times, I do not have PCOS, Nor hormone/thyroid issues everything passed ok could I be pregnant? Ectopic perhaps? or is the medication
