Hi,

There is possibility of weight loss due affected digestion of carbohydrates and fats, loss of appetite and less eating after gall bladder removal. Taking Vyvanse would add to this effect by controlling binge eating and causing loss of appetite to some extent. Confirm about need of Vyvanse with your treating surgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
