Could Taking Antibiotics Cause Fatigue,bloating Of Stomach And Vomiting?

Hello doctor, I'm 34 yrs, height 5.3, weight 51 kg. I had been travelling for two weeks and came back home with a bad throad infection. I was on antibiotics and am out of the infection, now its two days since I stopped my antibiotics due to fatigue, head heaviness, vomiting sensation, on and off tummy puffiness and pain. At times I feel better and then I'm back to it...I eat and sleep normal...Appreciate your advise.
