Could Taking Diflucan For Yeast Infection Cause Itchiness In Labia?

I'm taking antibitoics for uti and bv. I also took diflucan to prevent an yeast infection from these antibiotics unfortunately my labia has begun to itch and swell and now i have white bumps on inside of vagina is this due to a yeast infection most likely from the antibiotics?
