Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi.. i have gone through your question and understand your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned are common in weed (a form of cannabis) users. These symptoms are experienced more in the beginning of drug use and as time passes it does not affect much, so not to worry much about the current symptoms. At the same time i would also suggest to cut down on the amount of weed you smoke at a time.

to suggest any prevention study i need further details related to use of weed/white sugar in form of..
1) Age of starting drug use
2) How often you use it
3) How much is the amount or number of joints at a time
4) Route of administration of white sugar

I would also suggest you to meet a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation of pattern of substance use.
