Could Taking Meprate 25 Days Before Being Tested Positive For Pregnancy Effect The Fetus?

I have irregular periods. i didnt get my periods for 2 months. after confirming that am not pregnant, i took meprate for 5 days as advised by my doctor. Its been 25 days since then, and i still havent got my periods. When i took a pregnancy test at home, its shows a positive. Am i pregnant? If yes will the foetus be affected by the meprate i took 25 days back?

Hi.

This indeed means you are pregnant and so please discontinue any medications you are on and visit the doctor who ruled out pregnancy in such a hasty manner to take them to task.

If the meprate has not caused any interuptions in pregnancy it will not anytime soon, but please do visit an experienced doctor at your earliest convenience.
