Could Taking Postenor-2 28 Days Before Effect Fetus On Conceiving?

Hi. I took postenor-2 28 days ago. i had started my period 11 days earlier before taking it. i should have had my period again by now, but i havent seen it. i carried a pregnancy test kit at home and it was positive. will i have a healthy baby? should i think of surgical abortion? wont the baby be deformed, or something?
