Could Tender Breasts Along With Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Bleeding Be Pregnancy?

I got married on Dec 2013, we have planned for baby now. I am not using any form of birth control pills or contraceptives. Now I am 27 yrs old.now For the first time sperms has entered me, I felt all the symptoms of pregnancy, now this is 4th week after ovulation. I got bleeding on the due date of next menstural cycle. I am not sure whether it is regular period or implantation. This question is killing.For the first time in my life I am feeling my breasts became fuller, tender, my lower abdomen feels boalted, had frequent headache which was not the normal one which I rarely get. At times cramps and n the stomach. Am I pregnant or not? Please answer..

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The symptoms what you are suggesting may be suggestive of pregnancy or premenstrual features.
In case your periods are delayed or you have missed your periods this time, then kindly get the following tests done to confirm pregnancy.
1. Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT).
2. Blood for beta-HCG.
3. Transvaginal ultrasound scan (TVS).
These tests will tell weather you are pregnant or not. If they suggest you are not pregnant, you should get your periods shortly.
