Could Tetanus Vaccination Cause Arm And Shoulder Muscle Twitching?

I had a Tetanus shot about a month ago and shortly after the muscle in my arm near the shot has been twitching off and on throughout the day. recently it has become a more violent twitch in my tricep and shoulder region. <Could the tetanus vaccination have anything to do with the twitching?
