Could The CPAP Cause Dryness And Painful Puss Filled Zits In My Nose?

I am 60 and since using a CPAP with nasal pillows only and I have developed dry scaly skin and painful puss filled zits on my nose. Could the CPAP cause this even though there is no mask touching my face, just he nasal pillows and straps, that do not touch my nose. Help?

since u not not taking air through nose , it leads to dryness and crusts r formed .
u can use saline nasal drops 3 drops thrice daily to remove them
