Could The Ciprofloxacin And Metronidazole Be Causing My Chest Tightness And Trouble Breathing?

I started taking Ciprofloxin (along with Metroonidazole). Today I started having tightness in my chest & trouble breathing, which seems to be getting a little worse. I have only taken 2 of the Cipros but wonder if that could be causing this problem & if I should quit taking it
