Could The Macalvit Syrup Be Causing Gas, Diarrhea, And Vomiting In My Newborn Baby?

Hi, my baby is 15 days old and my dr has prescribed macalvit syrup for her 2 times a day 2.5 ml every time I think the syrup is causing gas to my baby and also after feeding immediately she is pooping like water and yellow in colour also sometimes she vomits, so my concern is medicine is having side effects on my baby or all these things are normal?
