Could The Black And Red Specks In My Stool Be Serious If I’ve Been Taking Verapamil For 2 Years Causing Constipation And Have Lupus?

Hi, I have been taking verpamil for 2 years. It have cause severe constipation. I also have Lupus. My stool have black specks in and some red specks. I did go to the emergency room and they took X-rays and did blood work. They said I was constipated. They didn t see anything abnormal on the x ray. Should I be worried?
