Could The Blood In My Mouth After Masturbation And The Pain In My Head Be A Serious Issue?

Hi doctor, when I masturbate blood comes in my mouth. Feels blood taste after masturbation. And I spit dozen times blood content reduce in spit and stops and feels some pain in back of my head. Is a serious problem. I do not even married. Im 29. Please reply and guide me.

Hello,

The symptoms that you are experiencing are not due to masturbation. Since you are not spitting large amount of blood, it can be from gum infection, dental issues. It can also be from nosebleed that is tricking down to throat. Get clinically examined by a dentist and get the symptoms be managed.

If it is suspected to be coming from the nose, you will be referred to an ENT for treatment. In case you start spitting large amount of blood, it is from the lungs, get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done so that if required the treatment can be started at the earliest. Orgasm-induced headaches are benign.

If you experience recurrence of bleeding and headache then you need a proper evaluation. Go to the ER, get tests done to rule out serious conditions like high blood pressure, vascular malformation, or any other bleeding source.
