Could The Bruising At The Back Of Head Of An Infant Be A Matter Of Concern?

My four month old rolled off the couch and hit the back of his head on the bottom shelf of the coffee table. He had a red line on the back of his head. He cried but was easy to console. He seems to be eating and acting normal. Should I take him to get checked out?
