Could The Bubbling Sensation In My Groin And Mild Lower Stomach Pain Be Related To Recent Strep A Recovery?

Hi, I have a strange bubbling sensation in my groin/scrotom? I have been recovering from Strep A and it came on suddenly. It doesn’t hurt at all, no pain when passing urine, no discharge from the penis, I have been Examined from a DR and he couldn’t feel anything abnormal? Can you please advise.. I have been having some light dull pain in my lower stomach not sure if it could be linked?
