Hi

You seem to have developed allergic reaction over your hands .
This could be due to handling of any plants ,weeds or due to contact with any insect secretions .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Application of mild Topical steroid creams helps in most cases to relieve the associated discomfort .
Oral antihistamine intake also helps .
